Moving Right Along! In the past couple weeks, we saw the pouring of Gunite, installation of plumbing, grading of the parking lot, and updates to the bathhouse! And, yes, that includes new toilets, new paint, and a new roof! The Board has been busy taking turns watering the Gunite twice a day to ensure it cures correctly. We have also been working hard to put together some fun events at the brand -new pool this summer. Next up: tiling and plaster!
Demo complete! On to the rebuild!
This week saw the shift from demo to rebuilding! By the end of the week Piazza and his crew had dug out the shape of the new pool and completed rebar installation! Fun fact: about one million pounds of concrete was removed from our pool area! Check out the pictures below! Next up gunnite!

Check out the demolition progress in just the past two days! Things are moving quickly at The Wyck and while we’re sad to see our beloved pool go, we are super excited for all the new memories our community can make in the brand-new pool!
